We headed straight for Montana when we left the family reunion. It was a nice long 10 hour drive but it was so beautiful and I got to see parts of Montana I've never seen before. It was so much fun! The day after we got there we just kinda relaxed and went to Wal Mart with my mom and brothers.
Friday, Chris and I decided that we wanted to take Brian to the Children's Museum and my mom came with us. We had so much fun, although it is completely different than when I used to go as a kid. They are in the process of remodeling the whole thing. It was still fun though.
Tyson and I riding the dinosaur!
Brian riding the dinosaur!
Chris and Brian put on a puppet show for us. Chris was the alligator and he ate all the other animals...it was pretty funny to watch. Tyson was quite amused by it!
That night we went to Kasie and Quinn's for dinner. Kasie made a roast! It was so yummy and then Chris and I taught them how to play Settlers of Catan. They got it for Christmas last year and neither of them knew what it was. After we started Quinn figured out that he had heard of it before but it had been so long since he played it! Tyson and Millie were so cute together. They just had fun laying on the playmat together.
Saturday my dad invited us to go to the rock quarry with him and the guys to get the rest of the rock to finish the back patio. It was fun to see Chris helping my dad do something that they both seem to really enjoy. After we got all the rock we needed, we went down the road a little further and stopped for a picnic lunch at Memorial Falls. After lunch, Mom and Dad headed back towards Great Falls because they had all the rock and it was weighing down the car so it would take them a while to get back. The rest of us hiked up to the falls and back. It was only a half mile hike but it was so much fun! It was Tyson's first hike and he enjoyed looking at the trees and rocks and everything else. Then we headed home. That night Chris and I went to dinner with Steph and Blake while grandma and grandpa watched Tyson. It was a fun day!

Sadly my camera died so I wasn't able to take anymore pics the rest of the week because I thought we forgot to bring my charging cord but we really did have it! Anyways, Sunday we went to my parents ward and had a good time talking to some of the people then. We went home after sacrament because we were both tired and Tyson was wiggly. We spent the rest of the day just hanging out and playing games with the family! It was so much fun!
Monday we went to Barnes and Noble, Old Navy, and then to lunch at Big Mouth Barbaque with Mom and the boys. Then we took Ben out to the mall for some fun time because we had already spent some qualitly time with Brian and Steph so we wanted to spend some time with him! Chris had a great time looking at shotguns and rifles with Ben at Scheel's and then we wandered just a little longer to see if I could find a dress. That night, Dad made some delicious dutch oven food. He made meatloaf, and potatoes! It was the best!
Tuesday we didn't do much. Chris went to breakfast with Ben and Brian at Missouri River Diner. They said it was amazing food and they gave good portions! Then a little later we met up with Kasie and Quinn at MacKenzie River Pizza for lunch. It was awesome!! Carol came to visit for a few minutes that afternoon and then Steph and Blake came to play games with us again. Dad made a really yummy dutch oven dessert. It was spice cake and apple pie filling. So good!!!
Wednesday we were all packed up and on our way home. We got to Helena, an hour from Great Falls, and were amazed how much gas we had gone through. We concluded that it had to be leaking and we didn't feel comforatble driving home with it so we turned around and headed back to Great Falls. When we got there we discovered that Tyson had a fever of 101 degrees so we headed to urgent care. We were able to get in and see a nurse practitioner in peds. She checked his ears and throat and listened to his heart and lungs. Everything was clear, no ear infection or red throat. She told us that he was probably just teething. It was so stupid! Then we get the car to the shop and learn that there is no leak. It sucked. We could have been home and we were all so ready to be. So we just spent the rest of the day relaxing and watching movies.
Thursday we hit the road and finally made it home! It is so nice to be back and get ready to get my wisdom teeth out on Saturday!
It was such a fun trip! I am so glad we were able to go! Can't wait until we get to go back agian!

Dang Im sorry your camera died. This time I remembered to take the charger which was a good thing since we used my camera to take all the pictures. Shad only took his camera on the boat ride. His jammies are so cute I've been trying to find some like that for Bailee. Sounds like you had a fun time in Montana :)
