Tyson is starting to prove to be quite the sweetie! My favorite thing now is how much he seems to love Colton already! There is little he understands about him but he knows that he is in my tummy and that he is his brother. Not that he really knows what that means but he still seems to be making some kind of connection. While we were trying to pick out names, we would have Tyson try to say them. He never really had one that he would say over and over again but once we asked him to say Colton he would not stop.
Last Sunday, Chris told Tyson to say hi to Colton. He came running over to me, leaned down til he was about an inch from my belly and hollered "Hi Colton!" It was so darn cute! He then repeated after Chris and said "I love my brother, Colton." He looked up at me with a sweet little smile, leaned in and kissed my belly, hollered "Bye Colton!" and ran off to play! It made my heart melt!
Every day since then whenever I get home from work, Tyson will run over and give me loves and a kiss then when I finally sit down he runs over and says "Hi Colton!", gives my belly a kiss then goes back to playing!
I also showed him an ultrasound picture we put in a frame up on the computer table and told him it was Colton. He will randomly point to the pic and say "That's Colton!" then go back to whatever he was doing.
I can't wait for the day that Tyson will finally get to see who Colton really is and for him to give him real sweet kisses and loves! He is going to be the best big brother this little guy could ever have hoped for!
