Early Christmas!

One night last week, Chris came home with a box of some sort under his jacket and rushed into Tyson's room to get the wrapping paper and wrap whatever it was. He brought it out and stuck it under our dinky little tree and told me to be good and not peek while he was at work! Well by Saturday he was bugging me asking me if I wanted to open it then. I finally gave in Sunday night and we swapped gifts. Chris opened his first. I got him a little 365 day calendar that has a different Spanish phrase on each day. He liked it even though I felt kinda lame. Then he gave me my gift and told me that he had tricked me. I wasn't sure what he meant until I opened the gift to find a CAMERA! Just earlier the week he bought the gift, we had gone to Walmart together to get a few things and he took me over and asked, "Which one do you like honey?" I showed him my favorite one and then looked at a few others. He turned and said "Too bad I don't have money to get you one." I thought that was the end of it so it truly was a great surprise when I saw the first one I picked sitting on the bed in front of me. He wanted me to open it so that I could use it throughout the week with all of our holiday affairs, like the two family Christmas parties on Thurs. and Fri. You can imagine how I felt that my gift was a little more stupid than I originally thought but luckily I can redeem myself because I have another gift for him! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my camera but I love that man who gave it to me even MORE than I love the camera!
